Choose from a variety of curtains, themes, or mesh backdrops to make your garland design truly unique. Stands are included, and you can even add more details to make it truly spectacular. Don't settle for ordinary decorations, choose Dulces Balloon Gala for an unforgettable event. ***Themed backdrops are LIMITED! - If interested in a specific themed backdrop, theme must be finalized at least 1 month in advance. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 20 DAYS notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made 20 days or more in advance of the Event date will receive a 100% refund of the DEPOSIT. Cancellations made within 14 days of the Event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will not receive a refund. You may text us at (510) 772-6256 any day of the week between the hours of 10am-8pm to cancel.
