Bring your event to life with the beautiful, handmade organic garland designs from Dulces Balloon Gala. Our garlands are customizable to fit any theme, and can easily be attached to a wall, canopy, pillar, tree, or any other surface. With no stands required, our garlands are the perfect addition to your event decor. Let us help you create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere that your guests will never forget. ***Hanging area must be provided. (ie. walls, canopy, pillars, trees, etc. Dulces Balloon Gala will do its best to use materials that cause the most minimal damage to surface area. However, it is up to the client to check in with venue coordinator/host/owner of event space about using wall clips, tape, thumbtacks, or other hanging materials on walls before day of event. If not allowed, then garland will require stands at an additional cost. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION BEFORE THE EVENT WILL LEAD TO US CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 20 DAYS notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made 20 days or more in advance of the Event date will receive a 100% refund of the DEPOSIT. Cancellations made within 14 days of the Event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will not receive a refund. You may text us at (510) 772-6256 any day of the week between the hours of 10am-8pm to cancel.
